I had to register just to voice my displeasure with this......now who wants to come here and watch video trailers even if they are hi def? Everyone who uploaded shared a common love of videos and TV most of which cant be found in good resolution if at all.......people like "fromDabush" and others spent I'm sure hours getting this stuff uploaded just to get it yanked down......can't believe some "suits" are crying because they believe they are losing money if "Back To The Future" or "Rambo" is online for someone to watch and they haven't 5 cents paid for it......big ups to everyone who took the time to put up something on here I enjoyed it but if this is the future of Stagevu I know I won't be back, make a tombstone for this site just like stage6.....RIP (unless you like French and Hindu video trailers) what a rip

i can under stand that... iam really bummed but i understand it..
videos should be viewed by all people (in a cheap fashion) simply because it is credit to its makers for the video to be enjoyed by so many people ,but i also understand that you remove and honor the rights of people there property, if a guy breaks into your house and you catch him you will not be very happy with him plundering your beloved property (whatever it is) and the first thing you do is ut a baseball bat in hes neck ...
all the same iam bummed, esspecial and because i already thoughed it was too good to be true and you were simply collecting and gathering videos and waiting for the right claims to come to short the "can have and can not have".. all the same iam pretty bummed,

can you enlightend us to what the businus plan now is ? or am i asking to much, is stagevu becomming a 2 gig youtube for example ? or are there other plans ? (if you dont mind me asking)

what are you using a to search for videos what are you looking for ? names? keywords ? views ? or are it really individuel videos/series etc etc etc....
are "they" using a bot too crawl stagevu? or are actual people on the server looking for videos ? how does this work ? if i may ask ...

It's pretty obvious the recent load of vid removals has created a massive rift between the admin staff and the uploaders/users of this site. We all know the admins are only doing what they think they need to do in order to keep this website alive but those same actions are systematically destroying the site too.
If the removals continue there simply wont be anything on here worth watching & the site will die on its arse, the admins have to realise this and MUST come up with a better solution.

why can you edit people's posts but not answer them? shows how honest you really are

now i am not saying that FromDaBush was the backbone of this site, but he was by far the one who contributed the most videos to this site, i am not saying that with FromDaBush leaving for link snipped is what will put this site in it's grave, but if the fan base that he had here decides to all go tthere with him it will surely empty the wallets of this site and if only a few other uploaders left as it sounds like they are doing, and their fanbase goes with them as well, i can guaranty this site wont last more than a few months befor it becomes too costly to operate.

way to go Stagevu, you managed to bull**** us for a year and a half milking us for our videos to generate viewers to make your money and you dont even have the gutts to sit there and answer our questions seriously or with any compassion for our losses, well how well can you bull**** the next group of uploaders, can you bull**** them long enough to bring the site back? don't think so, i doubt you'll be able to bull**** them enough to last another 6 months, have fun with what little money you have left. this site is in it's death march.

compugeekguru was right about this site, but he was wrong about one thing, this site is dying faster than he said it would, he gave this site about 9 months, but its only been about a month and it just fell on its sword, now it is gonna twitch untill it bleeds out, which shouldn't be long now, better get my boots on, the bloods getting deep!

it seems several Stagevu people have already made the move to Link snipped, i've counted over 15 that i know were once at Sv.

uploading and encoding are much faster there than here

np, this is a sinking ship, i've counted over 5 uploaders that have made the switch and i see a lot of their fans made the switch as well, it'll be a long time befor Stagevu recovers if at all.

Our goal, as before, is to make sure that Stagevu can continue to deliver high-quality videos and to improve and has the means to do so in the future.

We want to continue to provide high-quality videos for all of you. Removing such videos is the only way that we can ensure that we can continuing doing so.
