Funny cause I went to that site and the message reads:

Please do not see CLONED look-a-like sites and think it is this site, many will attempt to fool people in this way.. The staff thanks you for bearing with us.."

You rule this particular sight? Never heard of it... But apparently it's finished so I suppose you're finished...

Well I'm specifically pointing out this person so how would anyone know who or what I was talking about otherwise. I've been a member here longer than you so your theory doesn't make much sense.

This is suggestions for the admins so this is the proper place to put it. I copied and pasted his profile to show that he's just a troublemaker and promoting another site.

And if you took a second to check my page you'd obviously see I'm not the same person and wouldn't make such a dopey accusation.

Pretty much every site/forum logs ip addys. Anyone with admin access can view the ip or ips of a member. Also depends if the IP is static or not. I remember checking people that had lots of ips logged so in those cases can usually ban the first half of ip addy and if their addy changes typically it's only the second half so would block them regardless of ip.

Problem is I don't think there's anyway for admin to cross check ip addys and users and be able to see who has multiple accounts. If would have to be manually done so would take forever. But if someone posts here for example - "the following accounts are same people/spammers with multiple accounts, xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx" They can then check those profiles and see if they're from the same ip...

That's not to say there's ways around this that aren't secrets and well known to anyone that knows the internet but I won't mention it lol

Anyway, they got rid of this guy so all is well. If he continues opening accounts, just report/ignore him...

True... But on the internet especially here it's like calling the cops because a drug dealer stole your loot and didn't give you the dope lol. So kinda got to police the site ourselves. I appreciate your vote of confidence Ken... If the admins want any help I'd be glad to help. But knowing how the site is setup (have an idea at least) not sure what that would entail. Forums like this are easy to run for example... But the main SV site is something totally different.

As far as SV main site, it's a big site with a lot of traffic. I'm not sure how the system delegates users... The admin are a mystery because that's the way it's supposed to be lol... Look at LymeWire, Napster, etc, etc, etc... And I really don't think anyone's profiting off this site...

Anyway, even though I been here a long time it takes a lot more than that to trust someone to hand over the keys to the kingdom. To give someone the power to delete people would also give them total access to the site, I would think, maybe there's a lesser upgrade that can let people delete posts, users, stuff like that but who knows... This is a custom setup so could only speculate...

In the future, I suggest people just report these users and ignore them. Delete their posts, don't respond, and they'll go away or be removed. These people setup these profiles and spam a few people and they get 100 posts back. So it just continues. If people paid no attention to them and just deleted their posts (if on your profile) and don't respond they'll probably stop.

Like I said, when I ran my site I was focused on keeping it up, so be patient because a lot of work goes into just keeping the site up, and it's hard to monitor such a big site much less keep track of every dispute/incident. Because you can't just go around deleting people, you wanna make sure someone didn't just name them to get them banned, so takes some time. I relied on the admins and mods to pay attention to the site itself and stuff like that.

One last thing I wanna point out, the policy here is that this is an all ages site. So you can't upload pornography for example. So there's a lot of underage members on the site. Some have posted their pics as avatar. Sometimes I've noticed lewd comments directed towards these underage people... That's messed up. But it can't be prevented but can be reported.

So my point is, just keep being vigilante and report these users. Without members pointing them out and providing info if they have multiple accounts that you know of the admin probably has no idea. Members gotta police the site themselves and take the time to point something out if something is wrong.

And I hope the underage girls I've seen targeted by older men are smart enough to ignore them... Probably a bad idea to post a picture of yourself, especially if you're a younger female, it's unfortunate but just the way of the world...

Don't worry about this guy FmzWxposed, he's just some brown nosing nutcase wanna-be administrator who's deluded himself into thinking he's some kind of authority because he used to run a site in college or something. He seems fond of telling everyone "whats what" due to this, but more often than not comes up looking like an ass from  giving inaccurate info.
Aside from kissing up to the admins (and anyone whose actually uploaded stuff) and telling people in the forums that whats going on with the site is "none of their business" (even though the contributors here are responsible for the majority of the content) it seems his favorite pastime is crying about how people are doing this or that to him (persecution complex).

Seriously, this nut said I was stalking HIM even though he showed up in a thread I commented in after I posted and proceeded to cry about.. ah god knows what. Cant even be bothered to look back on these threads any more because he's in every single one. I could go on, but all anyone needs to do is read even one of his posts to know there's some serious issues going on in his head. I'm sure hes probably a well meaning guy who just doesn't get "it." In any case, its a bit hypocritical of him to be saying anything about anyone being a short timer here, being as he';s one himself and he just uploaded the sparse collection of vids hes got about 2 -3 weeks ago (check his page and vids if you can be bothered to). Of course his claim is hes here now for 2 years. I normally wouldn't give a rat's ass, but the guy has really made himself into a bug. Anyway thats the low down for you or anyone else reading this. Though you dont need to take my word for it, the proof is ALL OVER THE FORUMS.
