For a while now, channels could have multiple administrators. Extra administrators can add videos, remove videos, and do any action to channels that a normal channel user can do. The same applies for videos.

You can:
1. Add an admin: grants permission to change the video or channel; the person you add as an admin must be your friend first
2. Remove an admin: removes permission to change the video or channel
3. Relinquish the video or channel to another user: offer to transfer ownership of the video or channel

These actions can be done on the "Edit Video" or "Edit Channel" pages of the video or channel, and at:
