The videos with "Awaiting publishing" and a time of 00:00 should have since been fixed. As for the bad file format video, please:
1. Try uploading it again, and see if it works.
2. Make sure that it isn't from Megaupload or some other file-sharing site, for which downloads may be limited.
3. If the problem persists, please deposit it in our dropbox at http://stagevu.com/dropbox and we will take a look at it.

This has been since fixed. A server reboot caused some inconsistencies.
