Video streaming stops part way

Occasionally, your connection to our servers may break, either due to a technical issue on our end or an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). In these cases, the video may not completely download.

We recommend you clear the cache of your DivX Plus Web Player by right clicking on the player and selection Preferences while viewing a video, going to the "Download cache" tab, and pressing the Clear cache button. Then, you may allow the video to buffer again.
