Stagevu was once good, now it's fucking shit! when do you plan to rectify this?

Seriously?  Come on.  While your question may have some validity, do you really expect the tone of your question to merrit a response?  The Admin has stated they are unable to comment due to legalities.  That leaves two possibilities.  The first is due to media content that has been accessed through Stagevu - I am sure you are smart enough to figure that out for yourself without an explanation.  The owners of the site would have to take steps to "mitigate" infringement until the matter was resolved.  The other possibility is that the site is going through change of ownership.  It is not un-common for that information to be kept 'secret' until the change is complete.  Particularily if the one aquiring the site/service is a corporation with publicly held stock. We have little choice, but to remain hopeful that soon it will all be made clear.  After that, we can all decide if we wish to remain loyal to this site or move on to new pastures.

To all you people who are griping on and on about S.V not being what it was, why do you not give the admins and owners a chance to sort everything out, and get S.V  back to what it was, by keeping on at them with comments like the one I am answering, and others saying the site is now c**p and s**t, please please give the guys a chance, I am sure they are doing all they can to assist and get the site back to 100% as soon as poss. keep up the good work admin and owners..
