having trouble downloading video

the  download  would  freeze , the  movie   would   freeze ,   the  movie  would  freeze  by  watching   divx  , do  l  have  any  other  options .

Another option is to use VLC media player as your local machine's video player. (www.videolan.org)
This can then be used to stream StageVu movies.
(1) - Right click the download button on a movie. In Firefox choose 'copy link location' (other browsers vary, but basically copy the address of the link).
(2) - In VLC click media - open network stream and paste the movie link address in the box.
(3) - click play.
This will stream the SV movie through VLC, although the buffer may vary from DivX player, so a fast connection works better for this method.
