downloading a movie , when i resume its showing "alternate download link" what to do as 70% already completed?

I was downloading a movie its almost 70% completed ,i had to pause for a day when i resume next day its showing "alternate download links".....i can't download know....what to to???????????

Refresh the page and use a download resumer.
