I have great download speeds. Now i'm getting 14.0kb/s download instead of 500kb/s for movies

i watch stagevu daily and love all the movies i watch. Now i'm getting like 14kb/s instead of 500kb/s. So i have to wait hours for a movie to load. What is going on?

sorry if i did, i didn't mean too, but i think this was my only post. Also i'm not understanding why stagevu went from fast to slow for me. did something change at stagevu?
