動画データ自体が原因なのかね〜？
（何故かビットレが一番高いものだけが行けたし）

videosに鯖番号でうpした物がパブ成功データ。
・中身は同じなので見比べても意味無いでつ

成功率8割（videosに上げてあります）

33Mbのmp4動画　u-35以外 Awaiting publishing状態になったが全てサムネエラーでパブ出来ず。
パブれないので成功率0だが、My Videos内では動画が見れる。
