The reason for your audio sync problems is because while buffering you press play to see what it has loaded, most of the time its less then a half a second long. And due to this and the fact you click it a bunch of times the audio slowly goes out of sync. No fear, Just click the bar that shows where you are in the video and go back a couple of seconds, the sound should resync.
