There are indeed 2 foreign languages featured in this film: Russian & Spanish. The Soviets actually were using latin american troops to do their dirty work. In the real world those were mostly Cubans as "Militry Advisors" in African countries. Actually, they also used East Germans (back when DDR stoodfor Deutsche Demokratische Repulik), so even (east)German would have been a plausible choice!
