Go to 2shared.com and type in whatever you want to upload followed by .avi

EG : CSI Miami.avi

and when you find what your looking for click x on it and then when it opens a new page click Triangle , file , copy address of this page.

Then come back to stagevu and click "submit a video" then paste the link you copied from 2shared into the URL upload box and click submit .

if when you get to 2shared and type in what you want and the ps3 crashes then you cant do it .
