Stagevu have turned off the search function.
Thumbnail errors happen all the time, it takes several attempts before you get one to publish.
The last 2 uploads of mine have thumbnail errors, so your not on your own.

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein gets removed when i upload it, as for the other one its on server n71 which is very slow, when i test downloaded it 8hrs was the time.
Check it another day to see if it has moved to a faster server by hoovering your mouse over the download button. It displays it in the lower left corner of the page.
