Stagevu used to be a great site a year ago, but now this how it is. You can only publish videos if you get lucky. It's 1 in a 100 kinda shot. Most uploads show error before encoding and even if it completed encoding successfully, there is the chance of a thumbnail error occuring. It is hard and I've found no work around other than keep trying.
