Typhoon Guchol is forecast to hit Japan on Tuesday,
potentially bringing strong winds and more heavy rainfall
to areas that have been drenched by a frontal system.
The Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) upgraded Guchol
to a "super typhoon" Saturday with maximum sustained winds of 150 mph
and maintained this intensity into Sunday.
