回避するなら時間を増やしたり形式を変えて再円弧するとかしないと
再うpしても差胸エラー吐いた動画と同じと看做されて統一されてしまいます。
つまり動画情報(ヘッダー?)が変わるなら多分いける、が、結局変わったものも差胸エラーになる可能性があるので、結局は運次第w

なんにしても同じ物を何度上げても無駄になることだけは間違いないか、と。
