Apologies mavis, for taking so long to respond to the comment you left on my profile page (thank YOU b.t.w.). In all honesty, it hadn't even occurred to me that people would be checking it out, let alone leaving comments there. It's only by accident that I noticed that you and a couple of other people had left a comment (spilled some of my drink on the keyboard, went to wipe it up, pressed the down arrow key and "what's this?"). Anyway, thanks for the thanks. I think you have some pretty good films too. I have a love for all film, new and old alike. But, I think it's especially important to expose yourself to the older, if for no other reason than to gain a deeper appreciation and greater understanding for the newer ones (though in many cases, they are simply retreads of ideas that have been done before, often and much better). Well, again thanks for taking the time to express your appreciation, as well as the great films you've uploaded.Report
