The Road to Guantánamo est un docu fiction de Michael Winterbottom de 2006. Il a reçu l'Ours d'argent du Meilleur réalisateur au festival de Berlin en 2006.
La première a eu lieu au festival de Berlin le 14 février 2006, et le film a été montré pour la première fois au Royaume-Uni sur Channel 4 le 9 mars 2006. Le lendemain, il devint le premier film diffusé simultanément au cinéma, en DVD et sur Internet.
Le tournage s'est déroulé en Afghanistan, au Pakistan et en Iran, qui simula Cuba. Mat Whitecross est co-réalisateur et entreprit la plupart des interviews avec les véritables protagonistes du film.
