What would you do if by chance you found yourself holed-up in a little two-bit diner on the ...What would you do if by chance you found yourself holed-up in a little two-bit diner on the outskirts of no where, New Mexico and in walks a jaded, shell-shocked war veteran with psychopathic tendencies who cares about nothing and no one--not even himself... and now he's bored to boot? Do you run for the door or do you lie low and hope he doesn't spot you? In this extremely rare psychological drama adapted from the stage, we're forced to face the proverbial bully on his own terms. Although the video quality stinks, overlook it and unless you're like the one in a dozen commenters on IMDB who just hates this kind of film, you'll be glad you did. The entire cast, which includes Marjoe Gortner, Candy Clark, Lee Grant, Hal Linden, Peter Firth and Pat Hingle all give a stunning performance that'll have you riveted to the very end. Enjoy.
