There is a point at which even the financing of the debt can no longer be maintained, which is what has been under consideration for many years now. The goal of actually paying off the debt has been abandoned as it is exponentially increasing, regardless what politicans say. The threshold point is fast approaching, even now, for individual states, which are precursors and foreshadows of the inevitable federal monetary collapse, which will be used to transition to the [amero] system of NAFTA. The order of events in the coming cascade collapse remains to be seen, but includes financial meltdown, possible false flag operation on the mainland, and activation of emergency powers nullifying the Constitution, which has already been shredded anyway.
