Super-G: combines the speed of Downhill with the tight turns of Giant Slalom. The course is shorter than Downhill. Each competitor makes a single run down the course - the fastest time determines the winner.
Super Combined: involving one Downhill run and one Slalom run using a shortened course. Times are added together with the fastest total time determining the winner.
Downhill: Longest course and highest speeds. Each competitor makes a single run down the course - the fastest time determines the winner.
