Long ago, there lived a race of bird-men called Mulawin, men and women with feathers and wings like ...Long ago, there lived a race of bird-men called Mulawin, men and women with feathers and wings like an eagle's. This noble and peace-loving race freely interacted with human beings, although they never moved too far away from the forest because it is from its trees that the Mulawin draw strength from. But, over time, the humans grew in number and the demand for territory and resources increased. As a result, humans deforested the lands that were the Mulawin's home, and these bird-men were forced to seek refuge in the mountains, away from humans. Despite what they suffered, the Mulawins would not harm humans. However, a rebel group was eventually formed with different intentions, known as the Ravena.
