Series celebrating Delia Smith's career and the ways she has shaped what people eat and how they cook it. She revisits her favourite recipes and recreates some with a contemporary twist. The 1970s were the decade Delia first came to the nation's attention when given her own BBC series, Family Fare. Delia and her mother rewatch the show, and Delia cooks one of her favourite candlelight dinner dishes - pork chops braised with wild mushrooms, here updated with creme fraiche and porcini.
