Strange Circus is about a writer named "Taeko" who is writing the story of "Mitsuko". Mitsuko is about a young girl who was repeatedly raped by her own father, a school principle, and who's Mother knew about it but chose not to care.
What happens from there is just plain nuts! As she writes this novel of "Mitsuko," she is assisted by Yuji, a young man who is actually on a mission to uncover the story of Taeko's past, & of the locked room in her apartment. The reality & truth beneath the Grand Guignol nightmares Taeko creates, might be just a little too much to bear.... Can you handle the Strange Circus"? ?
