If you acknowledge God is perfect and holy and defines that which is good and every virtuous quality, then of course you recognize that even the idea of God on trial is ridiculous and blasphemous. If however, you believe that God is anything less than perfect and righteous in every way, then yes you will conclude guilty, and I should add you should reject any god which is less than perfect (I know this statement will be overlooked by confused people who would like to disagree with the entire comment being made). The fatal error most make is rejecting the true God because of one's misperceptions, whether that be thru cultural upbringing, illogical tendencies, or plain apathy and avoidance of reason and care. The corollary implication in the commandment to worship God alone and have no other gods before Him, is that one first acknowledge His existence. Those who equate their erroneous concepts of God as being the reality of God, are effectively in the same boat as the atheists.

This movie, although introduced irreverently, nevertheless presents and touches upon several of the issues of suffering and ponderances of God's nature and intentions, rather well for the 85 minutes utilized, in the context of humanity in general and God's chosen people Israel in particular.
