The purpose of leaving the victims there after the police shoot them is to bleed them out to death. The same reason they'll "rush" you to a far off hospital, passing several on the way. A dead person can't testify in court against a crooked cop. They actually admitted this during the North Hollywood shootout. Do you think they would ambulance an injured officer to a farther hospital or stop at the closest one? To serve and protect the rich, by oppressing and arresting the poor.
