Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall challenges three marine biologists to live off the land for a month. Halfway through their trip, Trevor, Thom and Tim reach the isle of Tiree, where they head straight for the surf. But when the weather turns bad, they need to find food and shelter fast. A new friend takes them fishing and Tim hooks more than he bargained for.
