What was written about Lefty is wrong. Yes he got prison time, but he died a few months after his release, not managing to fulfill his promise to "get that motherfucker Donnie".
I am reading the book now but I already know quite a bit about the story.
Something like 12 mobsters were murdered for the trials and arrests, around 5 or so of them were believed to have been killed directly because of their relationship with "Donnie". None of them were Lefty.
And to killakuttlis, who wrote this could have been better acted;
HOW? By WHO?
This is some of the best acting since the REAL "Donnie" acted his way into the mafia back in the mid-70's.

Yeah, Left got sent for, and earlier he told donnie that when you get sent for, it's your best friend who does it, so, he thought that donnie was going to be the one to shoot him. And Lefty doesn't die, he got some prison time, but is in hiding.
