So nice of the previous commenters to mention that this is a SCREENER and the sound is OUT OF SYNC!
However, it's still watchable, the screener notices aren't that frequent and if you dl the whole file then you can fix the sync (on VLC it's Tools > Extended Settings > Synchronization > Advance of audio over video > +0,500s)
