I think it is shameful that a handful of teenagers walked around a city that big and murdered 170 people and the police just ran away and hid for the most part. It took over a day and a half to get the commandos to a city that big to finally finish them off. I noticed one grossly overwiegt flunky said they continued to face the terrorists ...from a mile away.
The police were armed with rifles from WW1 that jammed up and did not work. I know they probably sell firearms somewhere in that country.
I would drum about two thirds of the police force into the street and try to hire someone with a little spine. If you can't protect your country any better than that you are in serious trouble.
