...sukino Usagi is a regular young girl living in Tokyo, Japan who adores idols and is consistently late for school. One day, on the way to school, a stuffed-animal cat drops from the sky and lands on her head. This cat turns out to be a magical cat from the Moon named Luna, who has come to help Usagi transform into Sailormoon, the soldier of justice. Her job is to fight the evil Dark Kingdom that is attacking the Earth. Usagi is soon joined by several other friends and they begin to discover the truth of their past lives and their destinies on Earth.
