gun control works. life mag did a study years ago about it. in Canada, 575 people were killed in one year, 285 by guns. in a 24 HOUR period, 485 people in the US died from guns. even takin into account the diff. in population ( one canadian for every 10 americans ) guns kill more americans than you think.

1) gun control disarms law-abiding citizens, and doesnt prevent criminals from obtaining guns. 'nice' solution from the bleeding heart compassioners.
2) the 2nd amendment is #2 for a reason, namely to allow citizens to be able to overthrow a government which has become a tyranny. this is a built-in check against an out-of-control government, and the writers of the Constitution anticipated how to both prevent and deal with a government that reverted to that which they wanted freedom from.
3) there are data for both nations and locales which have disarmed its citizens. go research and make an informed conclusion instead of a blind one.
4) thank you for making a difference instead of being a zombie kettle-frog.
