A scientist, turned science fiction writer, must help a research crew fix their failed weather experiment as ice tornadoes freeze people to death, tare through buildings, derail a train, and rain ice bullets from the sky that rip through human flesh; and each time he says, "I couldn't write it better than this," things seem to get worse. I love it, well done, nonstop action and good acting in this one more way to destroy our planet movie.
