I've seen so many vids where people are like,"oh shes a girl and you shouldnt hit a girl cause blah blah blah." Like somehow a vagina makes one inculpable of their actions.
I figured this was the same thing, but it really doesn't seem to be. Even if she was being smart mouthed or whatever, its clear the guy uses a ridiculous amount of force on this young girl.

These cops get away with more and more everyday and its the fault of the judges and law makers and John Q Public does little about it, out ignorance, or indifference.

In my state a speeding cop ran over and killed an older woman who was crossing the street and they don't even want to give him a speeding ticket. No he wasnt rushing to a crime scene. His lights weren't even on, or flashing.

It stuff like this that causes people to applaud when they hear about a cop getting killed. They've become a gang of thugs that no long "protect and serve" but bully and abuse their power.

the police officer greatly over reacted. If it had been my sister or daughter the officer would be in a world of hurt for ever how long that would be. You don't put your hands like that on a woman, if she hits you then you turn the other cheek. That little girl looks to be about a hundred pounds wet, ant the officer holds her down and punches her? Maybe the officer needs to spend some time in prison with 200 guys he abused, wouldn't that be justice.

Words can't describe what a worthless evil piece of trash that guy is. I hope he is sitting in prison now. If only there were more good cops that would arrest another bad cop like this and not help cover up for them.

My blood is boiling enough after seeing that, but if that was my sister/girlfriend, I would want to seriously hurt him!
